Finally my 7" lilliput touch screen arrived and it was time to test its fit in the car. It was quickly obvious that some modifications were going to have to be done to accomodate for the sticky out control panel on the screen. Time for cutting!
After some work with a hack saw, a leatherman, and a file, I had a pretty close rough opening for the lilli to sit in.

As daylight dissappeared for thursday I moved to inside to start the bench test of the system. It was time to get all of the drivers set up correctly as well as all windows patches and updates. Lastly I would upload my music/video library from my desktop computer via wireless into the computer.
