New HT Room!?

The dimensions:
The room is 19x20 and has partial sloped ceilings on both sides that start at 5 and extend to 8ft (as shown by the dotted lines). The bonus room is above the garage and is ~14in lower than the rest of the 2nd floor. I was originally going to have the sloped walls be the sides, but as you can see there is a 6x6 walk in closet from another room that juts out into the bonus room on the left side. The entrance to the room is on the upper right and there is a single step down.

I asked to change the 6x6 closet into a 2x6 closet but during construction found out that it could not be done because the corner of the 6x6 was necessary as a load bearing unit for the roof...plus they made the whole 6x6 14in higher than the room. I have the option of:
1.) keeping it as a 6x6 closet as originally spec'ed,
2.) keeping the 2x6 closet and having just a vetical beam (at 6x6) but remember that the area is ~14 higher,
3.) keep both walls and add a ~7in step (this is what I drew below)

What I am looking for:
I
am trying to make a decent priced dedicated home theater room that will allow for a decent projector and a widescreen screen (~92x52). I would like to have 2 rows of seating and if possible add a small bar/fixins area. I have no problems making a false wall and using a perf screen for the center, but would like to show off the main speakers if possible.

My Proposed setup!

So what do you think? I plan on making a false wall that will house a small AV rack and a stand for the center channel that will be hidden behind a perf screen. I may add a small stage up front to raise the height of the R750s and to give it more of a HT feel. The second level will be 2 steps up for a total of ~14in above the first row. I could easily add rail lighting or buttkickers at a later time. The bar will allow for direct viewing of the screen and still allow for room behind for cabinets, a small fridge, snacks...etc. I will probably add a step up to the small room to the left that I will put DVDs, posters, or possibly an arcade game (yeah right). By the way, I told my wife I was using that area for a strobe light and a dancing pole for the strippers.... you should have seen the look I got.

The one thing I am worried about is that the screen has to be on a 7ft wall (not ideal). I may also just put a small center on the rear wall for a 6.1 setup and point it up the sloped wall, but I wanted to have the RR and LR speakers there for "side surrounds" when in analog mode, for direct surrounds when listening to DVD audio or DTS CDs. That (music) surround setup is geared for just those in the front three seats (see...I was thinking). Now if I could just convince my wife about the dancing pole...ha ha.
