Where What You Wanna Wear, It's On You

Some people are computer illiterate. That's why I started this program to teach people about computers.
What Do You Need For Your Computer ?

How To Use A Computer
Learning how to use the computer is a very easy task for some people, and a very hard one for others.

1. The first thing you have to learn is how to turn on and off a computer. On a PC always go to the start menu and turn off the computer from there.

2. Secondly refer to your computers manual first before operating a new computer, because most computers are configured differently.

When you want to open a program on your computer always go to the start menu at the bottom left hand corner of you screen. All programs in your system will be listed in that menu.
Sometimes if you want you could put a shortcut on your desktop by right clicking on the program in the start menu and selecting create shortcut on desktop.

Icons on the desktop are usually placed there for easy access to programs that you use regularly.

Maintainance
You should keep track of the performance of your system at all times. Every time you use your computer some small files are recorded. It is wise to do a DISK CLEANUP regularly.
Go to Start Menu, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools and then DISK CLEANUP.
The only items that you may want checked off are Tempory Internet Files and Recycle Bin.

How To Remove A Program
This process is very delicate, you have to know that the program you are going to remove is not a program that your computer relies on to function properly. If you installed a program and feel that you don't need it any more it is best to remove the progrm from your control panel.
Go to start menu then go to control panel. If you are running Win XP and it says switch to classic view, switch to classic view because it shows you everything. Look for ADD & REMOVE PROGRAMS, find your program and remove from here.
