  • Natalie cracks us up....

(From the Late Show with David Letterman)
Dave: And you were in the Star Wars movie and it made like billions and billions and billions of dollars. Did you get a lot of... the more money it makes, the more money you get, is that how it works?
Natalie : Umm, something like that. At first, I got a little excited, y'know, getting a few checks in the mail and uh, they were for like $100 dollars and you realize that it's you know, .00001 of a percent or something like that.

"It's hard for me to raise my voice. The only hint that I'm dramatic is that I cry at movies. I even cried watching The Sixth Sense. Who cried at that?"

"I used to butcher my Barbies. I would draw hearts on their cheeks. I would give them haircuts and I would keep going because it would be uneven and they would be left bald."

    (From the Rosie O'Donnell Show")
"Yeah, we had this huge flood, umm, which is really bizarre cuz we're in the middle of the desert in the summer and there's like the first, you know, rainstorm there in like twenty five years or something. So all the... it's actually one of my most embarrassing moments because all the sets were destroyed, and umm, only one set was salvaged and umm, we were going to shoot on that and they came to me and they said "it's so flooded, we're gonna have to go to work on the spaceship today." And I thought they meant that it was like so flooded that, the only way we could GET there was like all of us would get in this spaceship and we'd go to work."

    (On 'chicken-fried steak')
"I'd never heard of that. I imagined steak wrapped in chicken and fried but it's actually steak thats fried like chicken, with breadcrumbs on it. Why wouldn't you call that fried steak? There's also chicken-fried chicken which is just chicken. That's bizarre."

I can't tell you more because if I talk about Woody's film there'll be a ninja waiting at my apartment when I get back to New York."
