Our Story
David and I have a very interesting and somewhat scary story about how           we met! Internet dating, as we all know is not very safe...or smart now a            days. However, leave it to David and I to totally void that and do our own          thing! We had both put ads on Yahoo personals and didn't have much luck.        David went on a few dates and wasn't impressed and I was too much of a          chicken to go on dates but I had talked to several guys and none of which          spiked my interest, The night David and I met, I was actually talking to David    and another guy on Yahoo messenger and both of them were very nice.             Here I was, spilling my guts and telling them both how I don't like partying         and big crowds and how I was not a drinker or into that scene at all. Next           thing I heard from the other guy was "well, I'm bored so I'm going to a party!"   That was the deciding factor, David seemed much like me and seemed so          sweet and I knew at that moment - I had to meet him! He told me he was          going to be in a mustang parade in LaPlata the next day and to stop by and see   him. I was going to the barn that morning to ride my horse and I just didn't feel  comfortable showing up with a bunch of people I didn't know so I skipped         out on him (he still holds that over my head!) That night he called me                and I had already told him that there was no way my parents were going to let
me leave with some guy I met online without getting to know him first. Well, my parents let me go out with him but said he had to come here  and pick me up and meet them first.  David showed up in a black leather jacket
and his baseball cap turned backward (he said he had a bad haircut!) needless to say, it wasn't a great first impression for my parents! I though he was adorable and nice and he was growing on my parents slowly. Before we left, my mom told him she wanted a pint of blood and his license number! She actually went outside and got the tag number off the mustang and told me to call home every hour on the hour. To make a long story short, we went an hour and a half away to Arundel Mills Mall (which was stupid!) went to Jillians where he held out his hand and said "you're so small, I don't want to lose you!" He thought he was being incredibly smmoth! We ate dinner, the food was gross, he choked on shrimp and spit a noodle at me and believe it or not I've been with him everyday since...and I still love him! CrAzY huh?
