October 16, 2007 ~ It's been a while, I'm so sorry! I have great news...God has blessed us with a positive test once again :) We are offically 3 weeks pregnant. We are very gun shy, I hate feeling this way but I almost feel like I can't get too used to this idea in fear that it will be taken away from me again. Please pray for this pregnancy and for David & I also. Thank you and I am so excited!!!  If I have nothing else in life, I would love the opportunity to be a mom. Wow, emotions...crying!

August 15, 2007 ~ We are slowly picking up the pieces and trying to screw our heads on straight again. We are determined :)

July 23, 2007 ~ Sorry about not updating. This past few weeks should have been great and instead it's been quite tough on both of us. David & I have had a miscarriage. The wind has truly been knocked out of our sails. I personally feel so empty and I guess unless you've gone through this, you wouldn't understand. It's a feeling I have no desire to ever experience again. I'm not even sure what to say at this point, but please pray for us. We continue to pray and we have incredible faith and deep down we know God has a plan and a purpose for everyone and everything he does but I can't deny it, it hurts. The nights of crying myself to sleep are hard and emotionally draining. Please keep us in your prayers. God Bless

July 9, 2007 ~ David & I are expecting our first baby! Ahhh, how exciting, we have been waiting for this since we got married. Happy Anniversary to us :)

April 2, 2007 ~ The Lord took my grandma home today. She said to my dad and uncles "Goodbye and I love you...I'm going home to dance with your daddy" It's been a rough week but I know where she went and that gives me peace. RIP Grandma, you will be greatly missed.

March 30, 2007 ~ Got home from California today, grandma seemed a little better, she loved the bear we got her and hopefully she will see the photo album soon. She got to meet David for the first time, she reached out and grabbed his hand...how neat to see.

March 23, 2007 ~ My grandma is doing better, her vital signs are looking better and they took the feeding tube out along with the oxygen. Yeah!
Mattie was born this morning, 6 pounds 7 ounces...Congrats to Noa & Charlie!!!

March 19, 2007 ~ My grandma had a heart attack on Sunday...she is stable but not doing so well. I hope all goes well, David and I sent her a package with a photo album of pictures in it, so maybe that will cheer her up :) God will take good care of her until it's her time to go home.
On a different note, still no Mattie! She is hanging on for dear life, my poor sister.
Oh yeah, my dad's stress test came back good too!

January 5th, 2007 ~ Well, alot happened...Christmas, New Years's and my mom's birthday since I wrote last! Wow!!!  Christmas eve morning we went to Church services and they were so fun..I loved it!!! Later in the day we headed to my in-law's to celebrate Christmas with them due to David's brother's work schedule so we were over there for a while with them. We had a nice dinner and everyone opened their presents and hung out before we had to hit the road to go to a pet sitting job. So we left there around 6:30 or so and went to feed crazy dogs (9 of them!) and that took forever...gotta love puppy pads (seriously gross)! After that we went to the Christmas gathering my family has every year with all of our family friends and we had a great time with everyone there too, it's always alot of fun. HAPPY BIRTHDAY JESUS! Christmas was great as always...we woke up and got hounded to death by my brother, lol actually this year David & I were the last ones to get up - I couldn't believe it! I'm usually up with the roosters on Christmas morning, the excitement is a killer! My dad loved it, he got to sleep a little bit and he didn't get the "dog pack" greeting like past years! We all opened our gifts and everything was so special. After Christmas dinner we packed everything up and went back to David's parents to hang out some more! We had a busy Christmas this year. David & I had our "first" Christmas as a married couple also, it was so neat having our own house to decorate this year...we had a blast. We spent one whole weekend just decorating and getting our house the way we wanted it. We had our own Christmas tree that we had stored at my folks for month's prior to even buying a place...we had tons of ornaments to fill it up and it was so pretty. Pretty funny, David doesn't really have a preference and I don't really care for colored lights,  so we sat one night and plucked off (hince the fact that we bought a pre lit COLORED Christmas tree...lol!) every color light bulb except red, green and clear and we replaced them all with just the three colors...it was beautiful! I just love the look of all white lights, or with very little color, it's so "rich" looking.  We set up our camera and got pictures of us decorating our tree and everything was just great, the animals all had their stockings and we shopped for each of them, we sat on the floor and played with their gifts with them...we had a blast!
New Year's, David and I went back to the Inner Harbor and as always had alot of fun, it's just a special place for us and I think we will always go back there for new year's eve. We don't drink, we just enjoy each others company, we laugh and have the best time and it's just alot of fun to take pictures and go through the ships, walk around, enjoy the band with a little TINY bit of dancing :) Watch all the silly drunk people TRY to dance...it's great.
My mom's birthday we all celebrated at their place, we had dinner, and dad bought her a yummy german chocolate cake, which of course I couldn't let that slip by :) She opened all her gifts and loved them, we played games and then hit the road to go to sleep! The Lord has blessed us with good times and fond memories.

November 30, 2006 ~ David & I hosted Thanksgiving at our place and we had alot of fun, we cooked dinner for everyone and it was cozy :-) I cooked all the traditional foods, turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, green beans, I can't even remember everything...but there was more food than I had room in my fridge! Thank God for garbage disposals. Everything came out good (atleast I thought so) and hey everyone lived to talk about it!
Thanksgiving is a time for reflection and thanks and I thank God everyday for everything he has given me, all the blessings, the family and friends I have, the trials and tribulations he has challenged me with, the good times and the bad because it was a learning experience... and I manage to pull through it stronger than I was the day before. I thank God for everything David & I have and everything we have learned. I am so blessed to have wonderful parents and family, friends who are loyal and true, good health, a beautiful home, a great business and I thank him most of all for a wonderful husband that I love with all of my heart. I have rambled on for long enough! God bless :)

March 29, 2006 ~
Well, David and I have two more townhomes to look at this evening...wish us luck!!

March 28, 2006 ~  Well, it fianlly all hit me hard, I have been having chest pains for about 2-3 weeks off and on. I stopped eating chocolate thinking I had just over done it on one of my pre-period binges. The chest pains were so bad at times it would wake me up during the night. Friday I finally  decided I needed to get this checked out, it was way to consistant and getting nerve racking at that point. I spent all day Friday in the emergency room with chest pains and getting light headed and just feeling bad. I found out I was having a panic/anxiety attack. The doctor was a snot but was talking to me about things going on and the stress and people who were bothering me and was just like "I have a perfectly healthy, active girl here who is obviously over doing it" which is true...duh! He told me to take some of the anxiety pills my doctor had prescribed and try to relax. The nurse in triage was telling me she has the same issues and I need to start telling people to kiss my ass instead of bottling it up. Anyway, I meet with Natalie on Friday to start figuring out my flowers, she did my sisters wedding and does excellent work so I'm excited to see what she can do for me.

March 11, 2006 ~ Ok, David and I officially know why people go to the courthouse! None of the silly dynamics and  STRESS, that's the big one...it would be painless and so easy! I'm so tired...thank God for my parents and their long talks with me to try and help me through this stress and keep me sane, I am so grateful for their help and patience. Thank you mom and dad, I love you guys more than you'll ever know.

January 20, 2006 ~ Well, I set up the hair appointment for wedding day! It will be me, mom, Debbie, Noa, Nikki and Jean getting our hair done at Nancy's - I love that place! I guess it's on-ward and up-ward from here.
