The Honour Roll is for those Club Secretaries who submitted the required Monthly Membership Reports [MMR] to Cabinet Secretary Treasurer PDG Fern Bilodeau and their Monthly Activity Reports [MAR] in a timely manner. This Honour Roll is for the month of November. Only those that have submitted both reports for November are listed. The numbers in brackets indicate the number of consecutive months the Club Secretary has been on the Honour Roll. This month, 28 Club Secretaries met the requirements of the Honour Roll, this is a decrease of six clubs since the December newsletter Congratulations to all those secretaries that continue to perform their duties. I am sure the Christmas season explains why we saw a decline in the number of secretaries on the honour roll. I would encourage all clubs to work with their secretaries so that we aim for 100% on the honour roll. We still have the same 11 Clubs that have not submitted either a Monthly Membership Report or a Monthly Activity Report in this Lionistic year. I have communicated with each of these Clubs to urge the Club Secretaries of these Clubs to submit all outstanding reports. It is to the benefit of your Club to maintain accurate records with Lions Clubs International and with our Districts' Cabinet Secretary Treasurer PDG Lion Fern Bilodeau. Clubs dues are based on this information. Sherwood Park Breakfast [Lion Alan Hill] [3] Zone IB
