Most of the creatures that fit into this category are probably technically human, though in many cases (like that of Corporal Nobbs) they may require documentation to prove this. The same rules apply as for humans, though more people may feel this strange need to give them a wide berth when passing them in the street.
Recently added to the sub-human category are the Igors, those strange, mishapen people from Uberwald. They believe strongly in self-improvement, and are medical geniuses. The expression "he has his father's hands" takes on entirely new conotations. While Igors are not pretty to look at, they are highly desireable in their native country, and their daughters are always beautiful, though only the son's carry on the family tradition. As well as being physically hunched and ugly, all the males of the line thpeak with a lithp, and call their employers 'Mathter'.
