Dave: "It's basically like a collection of nightmares I've had over the years and you remember certain ones. You have a bad dream, you remember it forever, some of them just don't leave you alone. Dave: "It's about when you get bored and then one day when you're bored you're thinking 'Why has this day been created as a day of rest?' I know everyone needs to rest but it's a bit of a question on why it was Sunday - it's the only day you rest but you never look forward to it and you never really have a good time."

Dave: "It's about a Chinese man who works in America and he's building railroads and he's left his bird and stuff to go over and make some money. Dave: "I've got a mate called Wally Baker, we'd been mates for years, like. And then he met this bird and I never saw him for about six months, a year, and I was just like 'Bloody hell! Remember who your mates are!' But it's a classic case I think everyone goes through that and I think that's the beauty in the song."
