INGREDIENTS:

2 bell peppers
1/2 pound ground pork
1/2 pound flounder fillet
2 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon canola or peanut oil
1 teaspoon wine
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
1 clove of minced garlic
1 teaspoon black beans
1/4 teaspoon sugar


PREPARATION:

Wash the peppers clean, remove stalks and seeds and cut into 2� squares.  Wash and rinse black beans 2 or 3 times, then mash them with the minced garlic.

Finely chop flounder fillet and mix with ground pork.  Add 1/4 teaspoon salt and 2 teaspoons of cornstarch and mix well. Sow a dash of dry starch into the pepper and stuff the mixed meat into them.

Heat oil in a pan, shallow-fry the stuffed peppers over mild heat until the meat sides turn golden yellow

Add the garlic-black bean paste, wine, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and sugar to the pan, heat for 1 minute.  Mix light soy sauce with a 1/2 cup of water and 1 teaspoon of cornstarch and add the mixture to the pan.  Stir well until sauce thickens.
