- No fancy nicknames for this team, which matches Kim's athletic skills and cool head with Julians competitive ways.
- This team will remind you fo Frank and Margarita from Amazing Race 1.
- They are ready to compete and work together.
- They are NOT worried about any competition from Mike and Yvette, but will keep an eye on Lisa and Maureen after they trounced everyone in the qualifier.

- The strength of this team is Yvette's mouth and they will remind you of Lenny and Karyn from Amazing Race 1.
- Team formed by default when Yvette was scorned by another potential teammate.
- This team is all about strength, no weaknesses.
- They predict that they will be the winners of the race, no contest.

and Kevin are ready to win the race!
- This team was formed because they were forced by Mary P to participate!
- But do not count these guys out, their strategy is most similar to Tara and Wil, one of the strongest teams in the Amazing Race 2.
- If they do not win they will scream loud - and hey is this rain or shine deal worth it - let's talk about what kind of prizes are at stake!
- They believe their biggest competition is from Julian and Kim.

Maureen AKA THE GUTSY GRANNIES
- Even though they are not Grannies, they want to keep the spirit of the Grannies alive, but promise not to whine as much!
- Suprised everyone finishing first in the qualification round with a time of 2 minutes 18 seconds.
- Lisa is the self-proclaimed "nice one", while Maureen brings a little bit of evil to the mix.
- Short term goal is to make sure they do not wear matching outfits and their long term goal is to win it all!

Marion - THE ATM GONERS
- They formed their team because they work well together.
- Their strength is their endurance and mutual respect for one another.
- Their weakness, Elvira (oops,I mean Marion!)may not be able to drink enough coffee to get going for the AM start time!
- They are not worried about any of the other teams, but Marion would like to be able to return to her normal sleep and dog walking patterns!
