  • Sub: Lipoarabinomannan Included cytotoxic effects in Human mononuclear cells in relation to signal Transduction mechanism.

    a) Biochemical techniques involved in enzyme analysis including enzyme kinetics & physiological properties of enzymes.
    b) Spectrofluorimetric assay of colored compounds.
    c) Different chromatographic techniques to separate lipids, amino acids, proteins, carbohydrates etc.
    d) PHLIC & GLC techniques.
    e) Gel Electrophoresis Techniques.
    f) Radioactive isotope related experiments.
    g) Cell culture techniques with RPMI-1640.
    h) DNA isolation techniques & fragmentation analysis in relation to expt.
    i) Western Blotting Techniques and Northern Blotting Techniques.
    j) ELISA test in relation to cytokines parameters.
