In his career he won several national and international awards. Touring Europe and Japan he performed many concerts. Bartok: Concerto for Orchestra Soloist: Kamel Salah El-Din, Cello Conductor: Imre Kollar Price Category C Kamel Salah El-Din 1979 he graduated from the Conservatory with exellence and was appointed teacher there. He got a scholarship from DAAD to continue his studies. 1998 he passed the soloist diploma in Frankfurt and was appointed a cello co-leader in the Frankfurt Opera Orchestra. His vast solo and chamber music career ranges from historical interpretations to world premiers of contemporary music. Imre Kollar As the youngest participant ever Imre Kollar won the Special Prize in the Hungarian Television Competition for Conductors. Between 1992 and 1994 he served as assistant conductor of the Hungarian State Concert Orchestra. Shostakovitsh: Symphony No. 8 in C-minor op. 65 Soloist: Yekaterina Lebedeva, Piano Conductor: Mustafa Nagui Price Category C Yekaterina Lebedeva Yekaterina Lebedeva played piano in major festivals in Russia and Ukraine and was a soloist of the Kiev Chamber Orchestra. During her studies she toured Europe performing solo recitals and chamber music. Her repertoire includes works of a broad variety from Beethoven to Debussy.
