To Scan an item, do the following:
1) Press the motion sensor button twice
2) Press A three times, or until you reach the Digi-searcher option
3) Press B
4) Hold down the Motion sensor button until the image begins to loop like a DNA strand, or it says error.
Now, What is possible to scan is mostly random. I've found that if you simply wave your hand infront on the sensor a few times, you'll get something. You can tell that you're gonna get something depending on how 'fast' your light is flashing. If it seems really solid, You've got something! If it looks weak, and it's blinking faintly, keep waving and wait 'till it's more solid. (But not as solid as it gets when fighting.) Now remember, this technique is just a guidline. By no means, is it set in stone. Just something fun to remember if you're bored in class!
