the Invisible Invasion

plot
The Duos, sentient plants from Uranus, are attempting to invade Earth by mentally possessing the leaders of Space Patrol.  Professor Haggerty discovers that the only thing they are vulnerable to is electricity and, using electrical discharge guns, is able to defeat the invasion force, which attempts to return to Uranus.  Dart and his crew chase the plants’ ship in the Galasphere and destroy it.

The Duos make their second appearance in this episode.  They had previously featured in the Dark Planet.
