The world is so full of a number of things,
I'm sure we should all be as happy as kings.
A Childs Poem, by Robert Louis Stevenson

My mother once read that every man during his lifetime should plant a tree, raise a child, and write a book. I have been fortunate enough in my life to have accomplished the first two. However, this website is as close as I will ever come to accomplishing the third. My uncle has said he is less interested in genealogical dates than in stories. The primary purpose of this site will be to satisfy those who have a preference for stories.
