All staffs of iLEEP are students. We plan and manage a project. Currently, all of our activities are voluntary basis. Since we are non-profit organization, so our activities are supposed to contribute on behalf of the society. However, the most serious and realistic problem we are facing is financing. If our activities were just one-time based volunteer work, it wouldn't be a problem. However, because we aim at continuous activity and management, we must have a source of financing to maintain the activity.

アイ・リープで中心になっているメンバーはみんな大学生です。プロジェクトの企画・運営を独自にしています。現在、すべての活動はボランティアです。完全非営利の団体ですので、その目的は地域社会貢献です。 しかしながら、深刻かつ現実的問題としまして、活動資金繰りに悪戦苦闘しています。もし私たちの活動が単発のボランティア活動ばかりなら、さして問題にはならないかもしれません。しかし、私たちはアイ・リープを通じて長期的な活動・運営を目指していますから、継続的な運営を維持するためにはやはり資金源が必要です。
