Why is iLEEP created?

In Japan, international education has been in progress. English education has introduced communicative teaching method. It is much more effective to learn a language from communication than grammar.

Elementary school has been working on English education to be more communication basis. ALT(Assistant Language Teacher) or AET(Assistant English Teacher) visits elementary schools a few times every two weeks. Efforts have been in effect, it seems. However, one issue which hasn't changed is that children's awareness of what is happening in foreign countries. Why is it? It's because they think foreign countries are far away, so it's irrelevant from our life.

How can this mindset be changed, then? iLEEP will establish the environment that children can access foreigners in natural way and be beside them, not as hosts but friends.

iLEEP will create more and more relevant programs in our continuous activity. Those programs are alive, so they can be modified, examined, redefined and recreated by our discussion, advice from third party and can be from anyone who is interested in the programs.

We will keep on going to devote to the children's globalization. If children change, they will have broader eyesight, wider choice of their future directions and will be able to think bigger!
