Father in heaven, I admit that I am a sinner and I thank You for the love You showed me through the death of Jesus Christ. I believe that Jesus died for my sins, was buried and arose again and is now in heaven with you. I thank You for the forgiveness of sin and the free gift of eternal life through Jesus, and ask that He come into my life and be my Lord and Savior. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.

It is important, if you said a prayer and received Christ as your Lord and Savior, to tell someone about it. Romans 10:9-10 says, "If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except by Me. (John 14:6) Jesus is the only way to be with God forever. Put your trust in Him!
