4th May 2003

It is May bank holiday in England which means a three day weekend. We get another at the end of May. This weekend has been great weather and I met up with Tony Hall for some frisbee throwing. This is something I am improving under his instruction.

11th May 2003

More frisbee with Tony yesterday after egg and chips at Russell Square. We then checked out a cyber-cafe that was to smokey before going to Regents Park to perfect frisbee throwing. I am working on learning to overcome throwing incorrectly, finger on the rim, and throw better, with the grip just a straight grab of the frisbee and the middle finger extended to give stability, where the others are curled under the rim for grip. We got to Regents Park to find the playing fields all fences off as the autorities are re-draining and topsoiling the whole area. They also want to build a new changing room, but they do not have the money yet.

Mothers day in USA spent some of it working my parents site. Then writing a narrative (beginning) that I discussed with Tony yesterday, on what I was doing at work. This is now a more general piece on 'conflict between trees and buildings'.
