THE PARKING AREA IS COMMUNAL and therefore is not subject to any change. The sidewalk also is communal and cannot be changed, but the path to the door is your own and can be made more pleasant, even if the development requires it to be made of concrete.

PLANTING AT THE MOMENT is lush but hugs the foundations of the buildings. I would like to see some loose distributed plants that tie in the pine trees near the path and the woods edge.

THE REAR DECK will feel good with the extension to one side. You will get some shade on the hotest of days and not feel so exposed. The lower deck should be extended out to the boundary with some space for trees let into the deck provided. This is for shade and to have something to look at.
