Exercise bike and treadmill. We can wait on deciding this for when Charles and Joan come, but I don't want you to make an excuse to long as the really hot weather will be here soon. The expensive ones are at the top, reasonable ones nearer the bottom. Look for feature of electric elevation as all you are going to do is not go fast but just change levels at walking pace- no holding on!
