Diane Hatcher Cano has lived in Oklahoma, California, Texas, in Mexico for seven years, and

in 3 of the Boroughs of New York City.  A Quaker and mother

of three, she completed two postgraduate programs in the psychoanalytic study of groups, and worked in the administration of human services programs, then as an organizational consultant.

Now retired, she lives in an intentional community in New York.  At thirty-five she destroyed everything she had then written.  The poems in 'Kalei-doscope Eye' were written over a period of 25 years.  She is now at work on 'Imagining a Body'.
