Facial skin care routine
- Cleanse - rub cleanser in gently using upward
movements & remove with damp cotton wool
- Toner - Use a toner suited to your skin type
to remove all traces of cleansing lotion
- Cold water splashed on the face is excellent
for dry skin
- Moisturise - Apply the to damp skin to seal
in moisture so the skin doesn't dry out
- Exfoliate at least once a week
Spots
- If you have a severe breakout, immediately
consult a doctor or dermatologist
- Drink lots of water
- East more vegetables & fruit and fewer
refined sugars/carbohydrates, saturated fats
- Include natural oils
- Wash your face with a soap free facial wash
- Don't pick your spots
- Use anti-septic cream to kill bacteria which
causes spots
Pre menstrual tension - PMS
- Symptoms include : depression, irritability,
fatigue, mood swings, weepness
- Avoid alcohol and coffee
- Eat regular nutritional meals avoiding sugars
and saturated fat
- Try evening primrose oil
- Consult a doctor, if you require supplements
or if your PMS is severe
