| Back bone of the department, the Patrol Division, is made up of nineteen highly dedicated men and women. The department operates 15 marked police cars, Ford Crown Victoria Interceptors, 8 unmarked units, A mobile crime scene van, and an armored special response team van. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Officers currently work two twleve hour shifts which rotate every one hundred twelve days. New officers receive ten weeks of extensive training at State Law Enforcement Training Academies, as well as, intensive hands-on training in the field with a field training officer, and in-service training.
