Otaane

The place of river folk. Located on and near the great rivers. They are peaceful, but submitting. They are but peasants, and have no army.
 

The Otaane people are a great people that live in the river country. They worship the fish god, the provider of the food. Most of them live simple lives and are very peaceful, but when times of conflict come the great navy forces can really come in handy. The cites are small and often have a temple, though they have a religion they still live mostly working and playing. The jewel of the river The princess Shariea (an otter girl) rules over the land thought her birthright. Though bit of a tomboy she still knows when she needs to be responsible and has raised a navy and army that ranks well though small. Tech is very good, arms such as guns are used alongside swords are armed. The navy is the great strength of the Otaane people armed with cannons and fishnets.
