Open government of the south. This where races of any kind are allowed to trade and barter. Even though  most who come here don't live there, they have a medium army.
 

The people of Minisa are multicultural and have temples set up for the gods of others. They mostly trade and try to find any way for personal gain. Slavery is very abundant and everything has a price. These people have an open army for any to join, but in times of real battle they may draft others. In the ways of tech they rank one of the highest because of the people in the city coming from all around. The leader of them is elected king Eviane, the gold.
