Noting Hill and ** Portobello Road Market:
A guided tour from "The London Walks" is very advisable - the walks leads you from Holland Park Tube (Central Line) station to the market, and shows all the sites from the movie "Noting Hill" - The nice houses and the private gardens (the Key Gardens). The walk starts at 11:00 am.
Saturday is the market day and the market is great for cheap souvenirs.
A nice place to eat lunch is "Mr. Christian's Deli", in the market, where I had a fabulous croissant filled with chocolate and marzipan.
