Below are my standing orders:
1. New recruits are to complete 1 EH Battle to earn promotion to LT.
This shows me that you can fly single play, and that you won't try to take a lazy way out and complete.
2. Every LT should strive to have a Commendation of Bravery.
This should be every pilot's first medal. It shows that you have flown 30 missions. Remember: 30 missions is normally 5 battles. It should not be difficult, even on limited time, to earn this within a month. Flying 2 battles a week will bring you this medal in no time!
3. As I believe in making sure that FLs are equipted to become CMDRs, my FLs are required to take IWATS Squadron Management 3.
The FLs are also to set an example, so anyone who is interested in FL should fly atleast 2 battles (10 missions) a week. As Commander, I will hold myself to this same requirment.
4. Help the squadron gain citations!
I believe that the citation count is a good way to judge squadrons, for the most part. Help the squadron earn citations, and let me and others know what needs to be flown in order to gain more.
5.Visit EH IRC Channels.
I'm on IRC alot. I would prefer to communicate with everyone through IRC rather than just getting an email, so if at all possible, drop in on the EH channels once in a while. #TIECorps and #Infiltrator Wing. Be sure to read the EH bylaws on IRC conduct.
6. Lastly, even if you don't do anything all week, report in!
