| After the great war the females had taken over. The males were now slaves to have done to them as the females wished. As the population grew so do the females control over the males. Different methodes of maintaining them went into affect. The woven metal whip was the main methode. Electrodes were used to keep them submissive for a while, but was soon done away with as it tended to inrage the males more then keep them in line. Many methodes were tested and many went away. Shakles and chains were the most effective and easiest methode. Now that they had slaves they would want them to be perfect slaves. Able to survive in most climates, able to do almost anything, and willing to follow orders with out protest. With in two years of the take over the Females began Research on Genetic Engineering of the Male and Female Body. If the Males were to be better, then the Females must be better then them. In the next 100 years the male body underwent three major steps in its evolution. Not only was it better now, but they were devided into different castes. Warriors, Workers, Space Workers, Breeders, and Aides. Each different in there ways to make them better for what they were designed. Warriors were stronger, faster, more agile, and above all, they took orders with out question. They were almost mindless Warriors of Zanzavar. Workers were strong, had great endurance, and keen minds when it can to mining, building and many other basic things. Space workers were slightly trained to be able to repair ships, know operations and many other things. They were the only real slave allowed to learn. Breeders were just what it sounds like. They were breed with females to pass on genetics. By doing this they were able to speed up the genetice engineering of the race greatly. An altered Male breed with a normal female would produce a slightly altered child. This childs genetics would all be set up in the whom so that they came out normal and only the new changes would be evident. Those allowing genetic engineering to take place at a rapid speed. Aides had the easiest position. They did minor manual labor, little hands on work, and did not have to learn anything if who they aided did not want them to. They were aides to counsle members at first. Then to breeders and military personal. Then eventually any female that wanted one could put in a request for one. Through all of this they made several key changes in all males. The largest was the forarms. The forarm was now able to extend almost a foot. Due to bone breaks and mussle arangements in the arm it is just as strong extended as it is retracted. With some training the arm can bend slightly while extended or snap out and back. The second big change was the maturation age. Normal Zanzavarnians took 10 years to mature. It now took only 5 to 6 years to mature. The side effect of this was a change in hair coloring. Male hair would often turn to two darker colors. Female hair would often turn to one darker color. The duel hair coloring was also a side effect. Hair would loose different pigments when it got to a certain length and would appear to have two colors in it. The females in there need to be better then the males made sure that they were. The made sure that not only there forarms could extend, but their lower legs as well. During the process of altering and breeding many newborn males were killed to ensure that the females only would have this. The females also adjusted their voices to a higher range. That way when they adjusted the males to hear in a lower range some of what they said would not be heard by the males. The females then split the languages up. Three languages were made so that things would run better. A female language, consisting of mostly higher range sounds so that the males could hear only parts of it. A common language that both males and females could speak, mainly used to give commands and orders to the males. And the males were allowed to develope their own language. It gave them a small sense of freedom. Even though most females knew the language, and were able to understand and speak it. After Warp travel was discovered they began to explore. They soon ran into a race that would allow them in as friends. The U'masians, a prewarp industrial race. Two U'masian years after first contact the Zanzavarnians begain a systematic take over of the planet and the race. Sence little of the Zanzavarnian technology was shared with the U'masians, there was not much of a fight. They where spread through out Zanzavarnian Controled planets and used as slaves. Breeding was forbidden as it would cause unknown effects. The biology of the race was like nothing ever seen before so Genetic Engineering was also turned down. The beings would have to keep up with the engineered males or die tring. Past that, they did not care. Several other planets became under there control. They now controled three systems including their own. Mining bases were placed all over several planets and others were used as strategic points just incase. Soon after gaining control of the Phish System a scout ship ran into another race, The Borg. The War with the Borg soon Begain. The War with the Borg would thus change history forever.
