| High Counsel: 18 members elected by the voteing people of the planets. One member is then elected by the Counsel to be the Leader of the people. This 19th person is elected freely from anywhere they choose. They take care of all Military actions and anything major that takes place on or off the planet. |
| Junior Counsel: This Counsel has 9 members choosen by the High Counsel. They can be anyone from anywhere. All the day to day stuff of the planets under there control is ran through them. |
| Members of Mishka: Theis are basic Lawkeepers. They are all over the place and make sure that people continue to do what they are suppose to do. |
| Counsel Aides: Theis are aides and others that help the counsel out in different things. They are the people that truely keep the place running on a day to day basis. With out them things start to stop. |
| Bearers: Theis people are low on the scale, but control a lot. They make laws and say how they are to be upheld. The Junior Counsel can over through their laws though. There are commonly 280 of theis people at any time. |
| Every one Else: This is the rest of the people. Whether it be an Engineer or a Military Officer. They are all placed in this frame. Civilians that do not serve with Military officers go below this frame and do not have any real form of Authority. |
| Each member in each counsle normally has several slaves, or messengers that work for them. Sense the revolution of letting males be free there was many males that left the females that they served under. Several stayed loyal to their masters and continued their service with them. |
