| Warp travel was the greatest thing discovered to date. Encounters with several races such as the Hirogen proved to be benifical to all parties. Even an unexpected incounter in the Zanzavarnian system with a Federation Ship. A Mahan class ship called the USS Platine. Three slaves and basic information was given to them in hopes that this would appise them and they would leave there home system. Later it was found that a slave managed to stow away and get aboard the Federation Ship. The Federation ship left and no word was heard from them again. It seemed that did not want to go through any diplomatic talks. They now controled three systems including their own. Mining bases were placed all over several planets and others were used as strategic points just incase. Soon after gaining control of the Phish System a scout ship ran into another race, The Borg. The War with the Borg soon Begain. The Borg now knew of a new race close to them that had technology able to be adabted into there own. At first just one cube went to the Phish system, like a scout almost. It was meet by seven cruiser class ships and two Heavy Assult Battle Cruisers. The cube gave the normal warning. The Zanzavarnians stated that they bowed to no other race. And thus a war begain. Soon borg cubes were entering different systems that the Zanzavarnians controlled. They even entered their home system. Each time they were meet with every ship in that system. The war went on for three years. The Zanzavarnians depleted almost 2/3 of their fleet fighting the Borg. Calls went out to every race they had meet for help. Hirogen, Romulan, Klingon, and the Federation where all sent messages for help. The Hirogen turned out to love hunting the Borg. They came in small but effective waves. They managed to push the Borg out of the Zanzavarnian systems and into Borg space again. The Hirogen then stated that they will hunt openly on the Borg in Borg Space, now that they had friends in the area, and knew where they were. The Federation Soon responded with a Diplomatic Plee at an Offical Friendly First Contact. A meeting took place just on the Federation side of Borg Space. Afterwords no help was promised and things seemed to be at a stailmate. During the return of the Diplomatic Ship, Mala'kh, it was attacked by a Borg cube and lost in action along with a Heavy Assult Battle Cruiser sent as reinforcements. Now with the Hirogen occuping the Borg the Zanzavarnians try to rebuild there fleet, and their power. To do so the Counsles all agreed that it would take an act that was once deemed to never happen again. The males would have to become equals. They would have to Unit with the males and allow them to do anything. This agreement was put through shortly after the Borg were pushed out, shortly before the Offical First Contact with the Federation. Now the new United caste was able to work faster and stronger towards rebuilding the fleet and their power. This brings us to current time. The latest thing that the Counsles have decided to do was create a new rank and begin work on a new ship and class. The new rank to be, Mish Maliko. An Ambassadors rank. Given the command status of Captain in honor of Maliko Lazar, Captain of the Mala'kh, and his brave acts while trying to regain thier strength through diplomatic talks. The new ship to be built for Diplomatic missions. To preserve the Zanzavarnian way wail still being on a diplomatic level with several other major races in the Universe. |
