Me at my stienbeck in Jericho, Oxford, England, working on a film called The Cry about the 'struggle' of African people to get control of their own lives and country... I have made films of all kinds but with most of them I have had some desire to bring attention to an issue that is 'voiceless' and usually I work as a pioneer in an area that has not been vocalised by others much yet. So you can see that once I discovered that miracles can be common place and that we don't have to live under the power of sickness, death and wickedness I quickly became involved in letting others know and also became involved in helping them get free... Look out for the movie I am making called Enemies and the book too as these are about this exciting capacity that we have to overcome all of the darkness... and in them we see a glimps of a world that is always there but to which we pay much less attention than we should. Lord of the Rings is only half of the story. Overcoming darkness is not a thing of the past and long ago. Nor is it the preserve of fables and fiction. It has a reality that is much much bigger than that. The battles we fight are not in the physical but swords drawn in the spiritual realms can overcome darkness and have physical effect on people's lives freeing them from a darkness that attacks even to the point of mental ilness, physical sickness and death. Enemies is about this battle and when you have seen it you will not be able to look at things quite the same way again. |
