The chemo did the job for now but my other blood cell counts went plummeting too. I've had two platelet transfusions this week already. My red cell count is holding fine at the moment. My normal white blood cell count is down to 1.2 making me susceptible to infections once again.
I have a constant fever since Saturday afternoon. At the moment the fevers make me feel very tired and weak but I am managing to eat and drink.
As usual I am required to visit the hospital everyday to have blood tests done and to receive intravenous anti-biotics.
It feels like I'm stuck in the loop of my never ending roller coaster ride...
