Chandler and Monica. There are no words to describe just how perfect they are for each other. But they didn't always have their happily ever after. Why... it took them ten years just to get together! Chandler and Monica first met through Monica's brother, Ross. Chandler and Ross were roommates in college, so Ross brought Chandler to the Geller's for Thanksgiving. When they first met, Monica was fat - very fat, so Chandler's first intention was to stay far away from her - very far. Then, the next year, Monica lost weight after hearing Chandler call her fat. Since then everybody could tell that they liked each other a lot - even after Monica accidentally cut off his toe. Well, the tip of his toe. Through the past ten years, Chandler and Monica became the best of friends. Trough those years, there have been clues - foreshadowing clues - that showed that Chandler and Monica may have wanted to be more than friends. Such as when Chandler says that if neither of them are married by the time they were forty, they'd get together and have a baby, and when he offers to be Monica's boyfriend. But that isn't all. There were also the little things, like how they always held hands, put their arms around each other, and how Monica watches him sleep. Nonetheless, they decided on just friends. But then there comes the one night that changed their lives forever. That one drunken, passionate, faithful night. Here's how it goes: When the four friends went to London for Ross's wedding, Monica got depressed about her mom nagging on her and that one man calling her Ross's mom, so she got unbelievably drunk. So drunk that she wanted meaningless sex. She went up to Chandler and Joey's room for Joey, but found Chandler instead. It really turned out for the better. That's how they got together! They continued their relationship in London and broke their 'No sex in New York' rule. For a while they kept their relationship a secret. It wasn't easy, but they did. Then Joey found out. Then Rachel found out. Then Phoebe. And last but not least, Ross found out. In turn for everybody finding out, Chandler and Monica exchanged their first 'I love you's. Well... it was about time! After everbody finds out, the gang - all but Chandler and Monica - talk about Chandler and Monica's future. Babies, marriage - commitment. Chandler, of course, freaked out. Monica got mad at him and Chandler didn't know how to make it up. That's when the first propsal comes up. Chandler proposed, and when Monica asked why, Chandler said it's because he was sorry. Monica didn't accept since being sorry wasn't the reason to get married. Yet they still stayed a couple. For their one-year anniversary, Monica bought Chandler and her two tickets to Las Vegas. The entire gang tagged along, of course. When they get there, Chandler and Monica got into a fight since Monica had lunch with Richard. They soon make up and end up playing craps, and Monica is on a roll. Then Chandler proposed for a second time - but in a different way. He told her if she rolled another hard eight, they'd get married. She did roll a hard eight - although the other four was their descision. But when seeing drunk Rachel and Ross get out, married, Chandler and Monica questioned if they were ready. Neither thought they were, but Chandler moved into Monica's apartment instead. So after a year, they moved in together. After another very happy year with Monica, Chandler decided to propose for the third time - but for a different reason. He was actually ready and was so in love with Monica that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her. The night he is about to propose, Richard and his date go over and end up having dinner with Chandler and Monica. When they get back from the resteraunt, the rest of the gang ask to see Monica's hand, but soon regret it after finding out Chandler couldn't propose. Since Monica suspected something, Chandler decided to throw her off track. He kept on saying how he never wanted to get married. Monica started to question their relationship. Soon Richard comes into the picture. He told Monica that he still loved her, wanted to marry her, and wanted to have children with her. Monica had to choose between Chandler and Richard. When Joey told her about Chandler's plan, Monica chose Chandler. They both proposed to each other and finally got engaged. After yet another year, it was time for their wedding. Chandler got afraid and ran out. But soon before the wedding, he decided that he loved Monica enough to spend his life with her. So the happy couple got married on May 15. After a year of marriage, Chandler and Monica decided that they were ready to have a baby. They are now trying to have a family. Now we can just wait and hope for a Bing baby. I guess happily ever afters aren't only for fairytales. The three proposals:Proposal One:

Then three years ago, at another wedding, I turned to a friend for comfort. And instead, I found everything that I'd ever been looking for my whole life. And now here we are with our future before us and I only want to spend it with you, my prince, my soul mate, my friend. Unless you don't want to. You go! Chandler's: Monica I thought this was going to be the most difficult thing I ever had to do. But when I saw you walking down that aisle I realized how simple it was. I love you.
