"Head-to-Head"

A pair of friends stare each other down during a corn eating contest at the Taber Cornfest.

"You've got to love corn to live in Taber. The corn capital of Canada, Taber hosts a two-day celebration of the yellow and green vegetable each year. The corn eating contest is one of the highlights and this pair were taking part as part of a bet with friends and family. I was thankful for them taking part because it allowed me to get something beyond the conventional corn eating photos taken for many years in this town by other photographers."
