"High Risk Arrest"

Police in Taber, Alberta arrest a suspected drug dealer at gunpoint.

"A member of the public phoned the office telling the editor the police were in the middle of making an arrest along the highway through the middle of town. I jumped from my desk and raced out the door. I got to the scene just as the police began creeping forward behind the vehicles. I had to shoot from my truck stopped in a turn lane across the highway from the scene."
