The Process

I.  Group assignment 

        1.  Meet with your group.

        2.  Decide on how your group will distribute the work.

        3.  Print the fact sheet from the Task page

        4.  Go online to the web-based site.

II. Research

        1. Research your famous Virginian  by using sites listed on the Sources page (or sites of your own).

        2.  Complete fact sheet.

        3.  Find a picture of your famous Virginian

        4.  Print it.

III  Drawing the Portrait and Timeline

        1.  Ask your teacher for bulletin board paper.

        2.   Create a life-sized drawing of your group's famous Virginian.

        3.  Ask your teacher for poster board.

        4.  Create your groups' timeline.
