Note: The following lists the minimum requirements for the approval of rank. In addition the approval of Sensei must be attained before being considered.

katate dori shiho nage omote & ura ki no nagare (ki flow)
yokomen uchi shiho nage omote & ura
hiji dori ikkyo omote & ura ki no nagare
hiji dori irimi nage ki no nagare
SUWARI WAZA
ryote dori kokyu dosa
UKEMI
ushiro ukemi back rolls (to seiza, high kneeling, and standing)
mae ukemi forward rolls (from seiza)
