Completed the project on, "CancerLectinDB" . It involves development of lectin database for the disease cancer with appropriate analytical tools for lectins relevant for any aspect of cancer, by collating and integrating diverse data.

TOWARDS RATIONAL VACCINE DESIGN: Insilico identification of T-Cell epitopes from Mycobacterium tuberculosis

Further development of pharmacogenomic databases - Acquired Immuno Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS).

Web interface for the pharmacogenomic databases.

Model the metabolic, regulatory and infectious pathways of Mycobacterium tuberculosis
