*About Deadpoet

The pen name Deadpoet is inspired by the classic film
Dead Poets Society. It starred Robin Williams who played the role of the remarkable English professor, John Keating. Prof. Keating (a.k.a. “The Captain”) inspires his students to learn and love poetry and to suck the marrow out of life.

Aside from reading and writing poetry, Deadpoet likes watching cartoons and anime. One of her favorite cartoon characters is Spongebob SquarePants. She likes listening to music of the 80's. She also likes wearing soft, comfy pajamas. Her favorite food and drinks include pasta, chocolates, coffee and milk.

Through poetry, Deadpoet is able to find comfort, courage and inspiration--thus discovering more on life and herself.

She is a member of the Poets' Workshop, the biggest website forum for poets all over the world.
