This is my brief rendition of all that makes up the X-Man chronology. Below you can find a write-up of each issue as they appear in order. Also, you can grab a copy of the cover do download and look at at your leisure.
Also, if you notice something is wrong with one of my descriptions, please warn me about it. Thanks to a couple of people, I have fixed some major holes in the stories. To these, I say "Thanks!".

X-Man #1
Our hero wakes up in the slave pens, but escapes with the help of Cyclops. He later joins "The Outcasts", which consist of Toad, Soaron, Mastermind, Brute, and Forge. The Shadow King rializes Nates existance and tells Apocalypse. So he sends Domino out aft er him. "The Outcasts" attack a "culling", and Nate is saved by Theresa, a new mutant. We also meet Essex. |

X-Man #2 - "Choosing Sides"
Essex joins The Outcasts, along with Theresa. The group decides to survey a holding pen, and is discovered and attacked by some Infinites. This attack is seen by Apocalypse. After the attack, Nate and Theresa visit Xavier's mansion - home of the X-Men and Magneto. Brute finally figures out that Essex is actually Mr. Sinister, so Sinister promptly kills him. |

X-Man #3 - "Turning Point"
Domino, Grizzly, and Caliban catch up with The Outcasts. Domino kills Mastermind as he was pretending to be Apocalypse. Toad kills Caliban, Grizzly kills Toad, and Forge wipes out Grizzly. Than Forge confronts Essex, and Sinister kills him. Nate finds him later, and as Forge is dying, he tells him to find Magneto. But Nate heads off to find Sinister. |

X-Man #4 - "The Art of War"
Nate learns his origin from Sinister. Sinister explains how he dook DNA from Jean Grey and Scott Summers (Marvel Girl and Cyclops) and created Nate to be the ultimate weapon against Apocalypse. Nate refuses to believe this, and a batlle ensues, which ultimately leads to Sinister's death. Then Nate heads off to confront Apocalypse. (Note: This story concludes in X-Men: Omega and X-Men: Prime) |

X-Man #5 - "The Man Who Fell to Earth"
Nate finds himself in the Swiss Alps in our timeline. He has no idea where he is, or where he's going. He makes his way to a small town and gets some help from Sven, a man he meets on the street. Sven takes him to his home. Days later, Madelyne Prior appears at the door. Also: Sugarman sends Rex out after Nate. |
