This is my brief rendition of all that makes up the X-Man chronology. Below you can find a write-up of each issue as they appear in order. Also, you can grab a copy of the cover do download and look at at your leisure.
Also, if you notice something is wrong with one of my descriptions, please warn me about it. Thanks to a couple of people, I have fixed some major holes in the stories. To these, I say "Thanks!".

X-Man #21
Nate and Threnody travel through New York together. They beat a con-artist at Three Card Monte, then expose a phony fortune teller. Nate's abilities begin to attract a crowd who want to buy his help. As Threnody starts collecting money for "Nate the Great", Nate flies them away to talk. They arrive at the Rainbow Room, a posh restruant in Rockefeller Center. Nate uses his powers to make them appear to be Quentin Tarentino and Naomi Campbell, and they get the star treatment. Over dinner they discuss their plans. Nate wants them to stop running, stop stealing and lying, and learn to live among the world, not above it. Floating high above the Statue of Liberty, Nate offers to try and remove the psi-bafflers Sinister gave Threndoy to control her power. |

X-Man #22
Nate and Threnody leave their "work" in the park helping people as "Nate the Great". He tells her he has soon questions about her he needs answered, and wants to become more settled in this world. They go shopping and get him some new clothes, then "move in" to a beautiful, vacant apartment. Once settled in, Nate tells Threnody he wants to know about some things he heard about her from Mr. Sinister. Sebastian Shaw and Tessa met with Selene, Fitzroy, and Madelyne to officially reform the Inner Circle of the Hellfire Club, with Shaw as Black King and Selene as Black Queen. Shaw recognizes Madelyne as the former Goblin Queen. Selene tells Tessa that Madelyne will secure Selene's position and deliver them the X-Men. |
