Reform Webquest
Task
Your team's mission is to travel back in time, interview (via the internet) key people from the four major reform movements (Women's Movement, Abolition, Prison Reform and Education Reform), and then create a presentation for the class to understand your findings.  Your presentation must include two of the following four forms and may include all four: video taped interview, power point presentation, skit (may be video taped) or oral presentation using a tri-fold board.

Each member of your group should specialize in one area, but all members of the group should work together to ensure that each part of the presentation is complete and presents the information in an informative and entertaining way.  Remember, news syndicates need to hold peoples attention as well as provide information!

Your group must also select people to fill some or all of the roles, depending on the final products your group chooses.  Roles with * must be used:
- Senior Editor*: Acts as the coordinator for the news report and helps resolve any disagreements.
- Videographer: Coordinates the video taping and editing of any taped interviews and skits.
- Script Writer*: Writes scripts for interviews and skits with the assistance of the primary investigator for that area.
- Computer Technician: Will help other group members with the production of power point presentations and the collection of materials online.
- Historian*: Ensures that group members are properly recording sources of information, helps to compile these for use in the final product.
- Layout Artist: Checks for the visual effectiveness of displays either on powerpoint or on tri-fold boards.
