Tim reviewed questions that were posed at the August 15th meeting, discussed membership criteria, the mission of CEND, and defined "What" CEND is.
Guests present discussed how CEND would be good for Delta from a business perspective.
Further discussion of the charter needs to take place as does the election of officers.
