Tim gave an overview of his vision for CEN.
The meeting was opened up to questions from the guests in attendence. Some questions were answered satisfactorily, while others could not be. It was agreed that more work needs to be done to define "what" CEN will become.
Further discussion of the charter needs to take place as does the election of officers.
The Next meeting is scheduled for September 12, 2003. The time and place is not yet confirmed.
