The Veggie Tales

	This page is still very much under construction. In the future we will be posting graphics, sound clips, reviews etc like all the other Veggie Tales pages, but ours will be unique in that we will also be posting fun, practical ways to use the Veggie Tale characters at home, church, etc . We will also be posting our favorite Veggie recipes. We love the Veggies. We have had a very veggie year. Last September David had a Veggie Tales Birthday. This was before all the Veggie stuff was available in the stores. There were no Veggie Tale invitations, cup, plates, etc. But our mom is very creative and so she improvised. 	For Halloween we went as Bob and Larry in costumes that our mom designed and made. They were a hit. Anyone who knew about veggie tales recognized us immediately. We even had total strangers asking to take our picture so they could show their friends and relatives the 'adorable' Veggie Tale costumes. Of course, we really didn't want to be 'adorable'. We would rather be considered "Cool", but at least the costumes were a success. Even if I didn't get to be Larry Boy. Oh well, maybe next time. Below is a picture of us in our costumes. We had a bit of trouble trouble scanning it and hope to post a better picture in the future, but at least you get the idea. The final big Veggie event of the past year was when mom and dad surprised us with tickets to Veggie Tales Live in February. It was great. We got to meet Bob and Larry, and have our picture taken with them. Larry Boy, the Peach, Pa Grape and many of the other characters also made an appearance. It was lots of fun. and we got to stay up past our bedtime. It was a great night. This summer our church is using the Veggie Tales VBS curriculum. We are very excited.
