| 1 package (3 oz.) each Lime, Orange and Cherry gelatin (or any other three flavors) |
| 3 cups boiling water |
| 1 1/2 cups cold water |
| 1 cup pineapple juice |
| 1/4 cup sugar |
| 1 package (3 oz) Lemon gelatin |
| 1/2 cup cold water |
| Graham cracker crust or graham cracker squares |
| 2 envelopes (4 oz package) "Dream Whip" dessert topping mix |
| 1 cup cold milk |
| 1 tsp. vanilla |

| Prepare Lime, Orange and Cherry gelatin separately, using 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup cold water for each. Pour into separate 8x8 pans. Chill until; firm. Cut into 1/2-inch cubes. |
| Heat pineapple juice to boiling point; remove from
heat. Add sugar and Lemon gelatin. Stir until dissolved. |
| Add remaining 1/2 cup cold water. Chill until slightly thickened. |
| Spray a rectangular baking dish with pan spray. Line bottom graham crackers or graham cracker crust. Set aside. |
| Prepare "Dream Whip" with milk and vanilla, as package directs. fold in slightly thickened Lemon gelatin. Fold in gelatin cubes. Pour into pan. |
| Chill 5-8 hours or overnight. Cut into 2 1/2
inch squares. Loosen edges with a knife. Serve with a spatula. 16 servings |

serves 4-6
1 whole chicken cut up
1/4 cup light soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, sliced
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh minced ginger
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon pepper or black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup cranberry sauce (see below)

Combine all ingredients in a glass dish.
Marinate chicken in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Turn pieces occasionally.

Winter Preparation
Add 1/2 teaspoon of Wright's Liquid Smoke to marinade.
To bake, arrange chicken pieces in a single layer in
a large baking dish.
Pour marinade over chicken and bake at 350F for 1 hour, basting frequently.
Transfer chicken to serving dish.
Cover and keep warm.
Simmer pan juices to reduce slightly.
Serve warm with chicken.

As a Barbecue
Remove chicken from marinade. Broil or grill as desired.
Simmer marinade to reduce by about one-third. Serve warm with chicken. 
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
2 cups cranberries
Boil water and sugar for 5 minutes. Add cranberries.
Cover pan, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Puree in processor or blender.

approx. 2 1/2 dozen
1/4 Cup soft shortening
1/4 Cup soft butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 1/3 cups flour (sifted)
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/8 tsp. salt
Heat oven to 375. Cream together shortening, butter, and sugar.
Add egg and mix well. Sift together remaining ingredients and stir into first mixture.
Roll into walnut size balls. Roll in a mixture of 1Tbsp sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon.
Place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 min., until lightly browned, but still soft.
(They puff up at first, then flatten out.) Cool; store in covered jar. 
2 pork tenderloins (24oz total)
2Tbs dry red wine
1Tbs brown sugar
1 clove garlic
2Tbs red food coloring (optional)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1Tbs honey
1 green onion (cut in half)
Trim meat to remove excess fat..
Combine remaining ingredients in glass baking dish.
Place pork in marinade. Turning so that it is completely coated.
Marinate, in refrigerator, overnight, turning often.
Place a wire rack on a cookie sheet. Place the pork on the wire rack. Bake at 350 for approximately 45 minutes, or until done. Baste meat with reserved marinade frequently during baking. Place pork in refrigerator over night to cool. When meat is cold, all the way through.
Slice thinly. Serve with Oriental Hot Mustard, Hot Ketchup, and Sesame Seeds. 
1 Pound Cake
15oz Ricotta Cheese
3T cocoa
1/4 cup water
16oz cream cheese
1 1/2cups powdered sugar
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1cup mini chocolate chips
Coffee Syrup See Below
Sprinkle gelatin over water to soften.
Slice pound cake. Lay in bottom of 9 X 13 pan
Drizzle coffee syrup over cake.
In mixing bowl, cream together cheeses, sugar and cocoa.
Mix in gelatin. Fold in chocolate chips. Spread cheese mixture over pound cake. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares, garnish with whipped cream and serve.

To make Coffee syrup:
Boil one cup strong coffee with one cup sugar for 5 minutes.
Strong coffee is made by brewing 1 1/2 cups coffee with 16 ounces of water

2 lbs.

1 tsp.
liquid smoke
2 Tbsp.
Mortons Tender Quick Salt
1 tsp.
garlic salt
1 tsp.
onion salt
1 Tbsp.
mustard seed
1 cup
water
Mix all ingredients well. (For best results mix all ingredients except water.
Add water a couple tablespoons at a time. Mixing well after each addition.
Divide mixture in half. Form into logs. Wrap in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate at least 24 hours. Unwrap.
Bake in broiler pan (so meat can drain as it cooks) at 300 for 2 hours.
Let cool completely, slice and serve with cheese, crackers, and mustards.

1/2 cup Butter or margarine
3Tbsp. Cocoa
3/4 cup Hot water
1 1/2cup Sugar
1/2 cup Flour
1/8 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup Pecan halves
1 Pie crust
Preheat oven and cookie sheet to 350 degrees
In medium saucepan, melt butter, add cocoa and stir until dissolved
Add water, and stir again. With wire whip, blend in sugar, flour, salt,
extract, and evaporated milk. Stir until smooth
Mix in pecans, and pour into pie shell.
Bake in preheated oven on cookie sheet for 50 minutes, or
until a knife inserted 1" from edge comes out clean

<Preheat oven and cookie sheet to 350 degrees
Stir together all of the above ingredients.
Pour into a greased 9 X 13 baking dish
Boil together 1 Cup Brown Sugar, 1/4 Cup Milk and 1/2 Cup Margarine.
Pour boiled mixture over unbaked cake. Bake cake at 350 for 45 minutes
