Saiyans: (All saiyan characters)
Super saiyan can not just pop out of nowhere, it can only be gained in difficult situation's.
Please note: You can only reach new levels with your Normal Saiyan powers, not as a Super Saiyan
eg. If Goku was pl 9,000,000 in Super Saiyan, that doesnt meen he can go super saiyan 3, his power must be 9,000,000 when he is normal Saiyan
Super Saiyan - 25,000(As normal Saiyan) - Pl x5
This will increase your power, speed, and more, gives you 4 new attacks when you go super saiyan.
(As super saiyan you cannot use Spirit Bomb/Demon Bomb)
Ultra Super Saiyan - (must train very hard as ssj to acheive this) - Pl x10
This is the same as super Saiyan, only your muscles grow alot, increasing strength. Unfortunately big muscles meen you are very slow, but can still make some damage. You get 0 attacks with this.
Super Saiyan 2 - 125,000(As Normal Saiyan) Pl x10
This form gives you a very high pl increase, and also, will give speed increase. You get 2 new attacks with this, including your attacks from the Super Saiyan transformation
Super Saiyan 3 - 9,000,000(As normal Saiyan) Pl x25
This will make your hair grow down to your ass, and also increase power and speed. You get 2 attacks with this
Super Saiyan 4 - 100,000,000(As Golden Oozaru) Pl x50
This can only be gained with the dragonballs, you must have a tail, or wish to regrow one. You get 4 new attacks with this
Their are levels beyond this which will be gained and added to this section!!!
Oozaru - This can only be done after 5pm in real life.

Golden Oozaru - Same as Oozaru except Pl x50 must be super saiyan 3 (must see the saiyan moon)
Cell: (People available to this = Cell - Race M)
Form 2 - Pl of 25,000 Pl x 5
Wings are removed and the thing on the top of the head splits into two - Has no nose but this time acctually gets a mouth
Perfect Cell - Requires Pl of 200,000 x10
Perfect Cell is a bit taller and has a mouth nose and eyes. Looks very manly now... Also tail is much tinier and has wings once again!!!
Ultimate Perfect Cell - Pl of 3,000,000 x30
Has electricity around the Perfect cell body and is much more powerful
Secret Form - Pl of 50,000,000 x10

Buu: These transformations are not for the character Buu, they are for the race.
Super Buu Level 1- Pl of 25,000 Pl x5
In this form a red aura surrounds you and you grow about a metre. Gives you 2 new attacks. Must be very angry to transform.
Super Buu Level 2- Pl of 200,000 (in super form)Pl x15
The same as level one only bigger aura, and your eyes glow blue. Must be very angry to transform
Super Buu Level 3- Pl of 3,000,000 (in super form 1)x30
Grows larger, aura disapears, but grows a tail with a spike on the end.
Namek:
Super Namek - Pl of 15,000 pl x3
Mega Namek - Pl of 75,000 pl x20
Ultra Namek - Pl of 200,000 pl x30
Android:
Super Android - Pl of 25,000 pl x10
Ultra Android - Pl of 200,000 pl x 15
Cell Jr.
Super Cell Jr. - Pl of 15,000 pl x7
Wetao - Pl of 200,000 pl x25
Puar/Changling
Changlings have the ability to transform into different objects, but they must be strong enough.
Transformations 1: Tree, Rock pl must be 5,000
Transformations 2: Bird, Frog pl must be 10,000
Transformations 3: Human, Saiyan pl must be 20,000
Super Puar/Changling - Pl of 25,000 pl x 5, can transform into anything!
Mysterious Puar/Changling - Pl of 100,000 pl x10, Is very mysterious
Cooler/Freeza:
Form 2: This simply increase size and more pointy horns, pl must be 50,000 pl x5
Form 3: Same as form 2, just stroger - pl must be 1,000,000 and must be in form 2, pl x10
Form 4: Pl must be 3,000,000, must be in form 3
