When you join DBZ UR you will get a fixed powerlevel, depending on whether your good or evil and you'll also get 5 skill points. These are the points you use to choose what sort of skills you have. There are 3 types of skills, ki, physical and spiritual. Ki skills use the energy inside you to create blasts which you can fire at your enemy. Physical skills help you to ballance your strength, speed and defense to deliver deadly punches. Spiritual skills use your mind and let you deceive your enemy, move objects with your mind or even transform things into other things.
When you join DBZ UR you will have to split your 5 skill point between the 3 skills to choose how many of each attack you get. Eg. if you have 2 ki points, 1 physical point and 2 spiritual points then you will get 2 ki attacks, 1 physical attack and 2 spiritual attacks when you start the game. The more points you have in each group, the easier it is to learn new moves in that group. Once you have split up your point into the groups you can go to this page and choose the attacks you get. Then you must tell either Cell or Buu what you want and you will get them.
